If you need a general contractor or a project manager to run a Sioux Falls remodel — that is not this company. Advertising ourselves as the GC or PM on B2C work, with SD contractor licensing still in process, would be the wrong thing to put on a website. We will not do it.
What we are
An owner-operated specialty crew. The same people quote the job and do the job. No rotating bench of subs working under our name.

If you are a GC or a property manager
You keep the GC/PM seat. We can be the specialty visit: a punch list, a mount, a vent, a panel of blinds. You own the contract with the owner. We do not take over the project, hire your trades, or sign as contractor of record.
If you are a homeowner
Email two photos. We send a written range. A walk confirms before work starts. We do not run your kitchen as a general contractor. If the job needs a licensed GC or a licensed electrician of record, we say so instead of pretending the license is already in hand.
MEK Group is not the general contractor and not the project manager on residential or B2C construction. We do not run a stack of trades under our name. South Dakota contractor / electrical licensing for the local entity is in process — we do not advertise licensed GC, PM, or electrical-contractor-of-record work until that is issued.
